What the Korean government does for students

The amount of cost for private tutoring or institute has increased.
In 2009, $21,625,900,000 has been used for private tutoring.
As the cost increases, total fertilityrate decreases because of financial problem.

In order to solove this problem, the Korean government has worked on a project,
"No private education."
It is that students can get enough education from public education.

The government especially put emphasis on EBS education.
EBS stands for Educational Broadcasitng System.
Students can get free education from TV programs or online.
The courses vary from basic to intensive courses.
Also, in order to encourage students to use this,
the ministry of Education declared that
most part of Su-Neung would be from EBS workbooks.
